I am pretty sure the answer is yes: Each time you kill a monster of a certain kind, you have a certain probability of getting the clue scroll. So, of course you are not GUARANTEED to get the second clue scroll as soon as you kill the second monster, but it is certainly a possibility.
It can be bought at Valaine's Shop of Champions on the first floor of the Champions' Guild and they can also be obtained as a random reward from a level 1 Clue Scroll.
go on the scroll and get the puzzles correct so you will get a prize.
They would never class you as a threat, if you are after a champions scroll, it is a very rare drop, equal to getting a dragon left half off a banshee.
Kill creatures, they drop them rarely.

Just about every monster drops some kind of charm, but try this link it will tell you what drops charms and how much at time and the drop rate of them. just scroll down a bit and it should be there.

Trimmed amulets can not be created by players. They are from Treasure Trails in the members part of Runescape. To start a treasure trail you need to get a clue scroll. These are dropped by almost every monster in runescape. I reccommend Jellies (78) to get level 3 clue scrolls, Guards (28) to get level 2 clue scrolls and Men and Women (3) to get level 1 clues.
