There is only one way to replace the 1991 Storm head gasket. anything in the way of getting to the head has to be removed (intake, hoses, etc..) Then the valve cover and head will have to be removed to change the gasket.
It is either an intake gasket leak or a head gasket.
If it was removed then YES.
head gasket blown. reface the cylinder head and replace gasket. that should fix the problem
Buy the Service Manual and follow the instructions.
Replacing the head gasket on any vehicle is a long and complicated process, however if you wish to see basic step-by-step instructions go to the related question on the right side of the page "How do you replace a head gasket?"

The easiest is through the fender wells. You can even take off the tires to get more room. It is the easiest way I found anways.
More than likely you have a blown head gasket. Replace the gasket and check the head for cracks or if it is warped. Do not continue to drive.
Yes, That would be the easiest thing 2 do.
If your asking how to replace one I recommend you get someone to take care of it who knows what there doing because it's a pain
