no not really , but that depends on the individual , my son cant have food that touches each other on the plate , some children have to have certain foods on a certain day , but everyone is different

My Plate was introduced by USDA as a new way to categorize food. The five food groups on my plate are fruits, vegetables, whole grains, protein foods and dairy.

Lots of foods make up the eatwell plate. What you should eat most of are fruit and vegetables, also starchy foods - they make up the two larger sections of the plate. Then in a smaller section are meat and another is dairy products. Then the smallest section is fats and sugars. i hope this helps :)
