There is no interface or ( Cross-Over) between Ebenezer Scrooge ( Dickens character of ( A Christmas Carol) and Belle , lead character in Beauty and the Beast. Scrooge takes place in London, Beauty and Beast somewhere in France- and about a century earlier, given the designs of appliances, vehicles , ( horses, sailing ships) etc. There is no cross-feed between Scrooge and Beauty and the Beast.
When Scrooge is at Belle's house in "A Christmas Carol," he witnesses a scene from his past where Belle breaks off their engagement because he has become too consumed by his love of money and lacks compassion and understanding. The experience serves as a painful reminder of the choices he has made and the relationships he has sacrificed in pursuit of wealth.
He starts to realise what his life could have been had he attended to her and not his love for money
To contrast the life he chose with the life he could have had if he a chosen differently.
He starts to really see what he lost when Belle released him from his promise. She had a now a family and people who cared for her
Hurt. He loved Belle and seeing he and the shadows of the breakup of their engagement make him realise he lost something very important in his life, more important that money
Scrooge realizes when he sees them together is that you donβt have to have money to be happy.

Scrooge initially feels excitement and joy when the ghost of Christmas Present visits him. The ghost takes Scrooge to various places, including the house of Bob Cratchit and the home of Scrooge's nephew, Fred.
Bob Cratchit tells the other employees at Scrooge's office that he saw Scrooge working when Marley was sick.

In Stave 2, Scrooge and the Ghost of Christmas Past visit the scenes from Scrooge's childhood and young adult life, including his time as an apprentice at Fezziwig's warehouse and his relationship with his former fiancΓ©e, Belle. They also visit a Christmas party at Fezziwig's and Scrooge's time as a young man working at his old office.
As Scrooge reaches his house, he encounters the ghost of his deceased business partner, Jacob Marley, who is bound in chains and warns Scrooge of the consequences of his miserly ways. This encounter sets the stage for the transformative journey that Scrooge will embark upon throughout "A Christmas Carol".
Scrooge was business partners with Marley and was likely in London when Marley died.
