if the pH is high then the skin would be like never-ending-soap, what u should do in this case is to neutralise it with acid.. me and my friend used ribena to neutralise the alkaline, in case u have it in ur country..... ♡
Yes
soap is alkaline in nature because the main compound is NaOH which is a base.
to be able to determine the ph scale of soap making and if it have any side effect on skin
lye is an alkaline ingredient in soap making that transforms oils into soap
It can cause chemical burns due to their corrosive action, the severity of the injury depends on the strength of the alkali, weak alkaline solutions usually have a very minimal effect on skin. However, strong alkaline solutions, e.g. NaOH (caustic soda) or KOH (potash), can cause severe chemical burns if it comes into contact with the skin.

Guava soup is used to enhance the skin texture and tighten loose skin. It is effective in lightening or whitening the skin color.
Soapmakers measure the acidity or alkalinity of bath soap by its pH level on a scale of 0 (acidic) to 14 (alkaline). Substances at either end of the scale, such as sulfuric acid and lye, are harmful to skin.
I am pretty sure its lave soap!
soap the salt of a fatty acid and so it is almost an acid, but it is an alkaline
hand soap is neutral as it has to be safe to use but i am not completely sure...
