i just want to know what is the equivalent oil to dexron 3,because i have no it
If it is a A/T Powerglide, you can use Dexron or a synthetic such as Mobil 1 ATF. You may not be able to find Dexron, but you can use Dexron II or Dexron III.
Dexron III from mobil or Castrol
Mobil 1 ATF formulated for Mercon/Dexron III is good, but anything that is certified as "Mercon/Dexron III" compatible should be ok.
Dexron II or III, or equivalent.
Most likely not. Mobil DTE13M is an industrial fluid used in hydraulic systems (such as car jacks) and should not be used in a transmission. ATF Dexron III is specifically formulated to work with the components in an automobile transmission. Putting anything in your transmission other than what the manufacturer recommends is a bad idea and could damage your transmission.
Standard Dexron III transmission fluid. You beat me to it. regular off the shelf dexron III
When adding fluids to the car it is important to add the right type of fluids. A 2002 Saturn sc2 uses Dexron-III/Mercon transmission fluid.
dexron III or dexron IV can be used
Better or not, really isn't the question. Dexron-II has been replaced by Dexron-III. Any transmission that used Dexron-II can now use Dexron-III. Fluids labeled Dexron-III/Mercon are also acceptable.
Always use the exact transmission fluid specified by your vehicle manufacturer. Some transmission fluids are backwards compatible and some are not. Use of the incorrect transmission fluid can damage or destroy your transmission.Previous versions of Dexron ( II, III) transmission fluid are not acceptable substitutes for Dexron VI.
Standard Dexron-III
Dexron III is itself an hydraulic fluid. The issue is, not all hydraulic fluids are equal in quality. General Motors recommends replacing the discontinued Dexron III with Dexron VI
