Polyphemus
evil
A pit in greek mythology is Tartarus. That's where titans, cyclops and very evil monsters go. It is located in the Underworld. Some monsters that are in Tartarus are titans (Kronus) and evil one-eyed Cyclops. When people die, they don't go to Tartarus. They either choose to be reborn, to go to the Fields of Asphodel, or they simply get tortured by getting brewed in lava or getting chased by hellhounds or just eaten by Cerberus, the 3-headed guard dog of the Underworld.
The characterization of the cyclops in Greek mythology varies depending on the source. In some versions, the cyclops is portrayed as savage and dangerous, while in others, they are depicted as simple beings who are not inherently evil. Overall, the cyclops is typically seen as a formidable and unpredictable creature.
