Your 1986 Plymouth Voyager windshield wash your pump does have a fuse. The fuse can be found in the fuse box. The exact location of the fuse will be listed on the inside cover of the fuse box.
i had the exact same problem with our 91 voyager, i cleaned the battery terminals and the problem went away immediately
My 92 Voyager is doing this exact same thing. The problem with mine is the ignition switch...apparently a common problem with these vehicles. Currently trying to install a remote starter.

Check the Idle Air Control module. Had the exact same problem for years and NO ONE could figure it out. Finally got this hint off another board, $15 dollars and a few screws later it has never happened again.
It is a metal box with slots cut into it.It is located behind the fuse panel on the driver's side under the dash.If you are looking to replace it, you must get the same exact one for your van. These modules are not 100% interchangeable. There are several modules available.
The front speakers (door)are 6-1/2" round and the rear shelf speakers are 6"x8" rectangular. Pioneer make "exact match" speakers for this car, nice speakers and very reasonably priced. Rob. robj1@msn.com
