November 7, 2010
Time changed in fall 2010 on November 7th when Daylight Saving Time ended, and clocks were set back by one hour.
Daylight savings time begins March 14th 2010. It ends November 7th 2010.
Fall or autumn begins September 22, 2010 at 11:09 pm est.
fall starts at 9:09 September 22,2010
THE SIMPLE ANSWER IS: 09/23/2010.However, according to the U.S. Naval Observatory, the autumnal equinox (Autumn) begins on 09/23/2010 at 03:09 AM UTC (Universal Time Coordinated formerly known as Greenwich Mean Time). But I live the Eastern Time Zone which is 5 hours behind UTC. So technically Autumn for my time zone begins on 09/22/10 at 10:09 PM.It may be fine line, and therefore for the sake of simplicity and uniformity I am guessing that most calendars will simply show Autumn beginning on 09/23/10.
