There will be two swearing-in ceremonies, one privately held in the White House at noon on Sunday January 20th, and the other public, held the next day (January 21st) on the steps of the Capitol building (sometime between 11.30 AM and Noon, east coast time). A number of TV stations will cover it and in 2013, there is even a free app for your iPhone or Android so that you can watch it as it occurs.
