After so many years congress party became the MOST CORRUPTED party in India.

Investors may be scared of corruption in India that in the next elections congress party may not win the general elections and then it will be hard to get the worth of their investors in the hung parliament.

So the credit goes to Mr. Manmohan Singh who emerged as a week prime minister that he can not control his own party men, specially Sonia Gandhi.
