In the story of Hercules and Cerberus, the falling action occurs after Hercules successfully captures Cerberus and presents him to King Eurystheus. The falling action typically involves the resolution of the main conflict and sets the stage for the story's conclusion.

The international title of the straight-to-DVD movie The Lion King 1½ in 2004 was titled The Lion King 3 but it did not advance the Lion King story so no there is not nor will there be a Lion King 3.It was a prequel of sorts featuring Timon & Pumba and what was going on in their lives during the events of The Lion King before & after they meet Simba. There is a live action version of The Lion King slated for a July 19th 2019 release.
