You are still growing so you should reach your full potential before starting to lose weight, saying this ; you could eat healthy snacks such as bite size of fruits for a snack or what i like is Healthy cereal bars with fruits. you could have 2 slices of bread for breakfast and remember to have enough protein such as eggs, lean meat and a healthy exercise ( 30 mins 3-4 times a week ) and you should be fine
