There truly is no "Quick" way. You can do all the quests in lightguard ( /join lightguard-####) accepting all of them at once works best,and just repeating them,shadowfall also has 3 quests that give doomwood rep.I wish getting Necromancer was as easy as something like DragonSlayer.
