The muscles know as Type IIx (also known as type IId), which is less dense in mitochondria and myoglobin. This is the fastest muscle type in humans. It can contract more quickly and with a greater amount of force than oxidative muscle, but can sustain only short, anaerobic bursts of activity before muscle contraction becomes painful (often incorrectly attributed to a build-up of lactic acid). N.B. in some books and articles this muscle in humans was, confusingly, called type IIB.
The muscle with the fastest reaction time is the muscles used to close your eyelids. These are very close to the brain which is one reason why they are so quick. The other reason is if an object is seen coming towards the eye, it will close to prevent severe damage from occurring. Sometimes you will not even notice your eyes closing and then you are hit by something.
the eyes lids The eye muscle is the fastest reacting muscle of the body. It can contract in less than 1/100th of a second.
The fastest muscle in terms of reflex are the muscles of the eyes and the hands but when it comes to performance, it is the cardiac muscle.

The eyelids
The eyelid is the fastest moving eyelid in the human body
heart
It is the eyelids!
The strongest muscle in the human body is the heart- it never stops working and is essential for life.
because it pumps the blood around the body the fastest i think..
when working out - Fathom pain is working one muscle and feeling the pain in a different area of the body.
The three types of muscle are skeletal, smooth and cardiac muscle. Cardiac muscle (which is involuntary) is arguably the hardest working because your heart needs to continuously beat in order to pump blood around the body.
Unfortunately, there is no way to get a great body without working out. Dieting might help keep you slim, but it will do nothing for muscle tone, which is a must.
You can build muscle by working out parts of your body like lift weights or use any kind of resistance that causes tension in your muscles and you loose muscle if you don't eat enough because your muscles need calories to burn and you also lose muscle when you go a real long time without working out.But it's not tension that builds muscle, it's OVERLOAD.
By lifting, your body is doing resistance training which makes the muscle working on stronger.
the heart is an involuntary muscle thats keeps the whole body alive and functioning
