I only found out that photoaugliaphobia is the fear of glaring lights and photophobia is the normal fear of light. Perhaps the flash light is what causing this people to fear having their photo taken? *shrugs*
They might not look good, also some unmodernized cities believe a photograph will take your soul.

While there seems to be no technically correct psychological term for the fear of being photographed, I will coin and use in my writings a more elegant term; which makes double use of the second "ph" in photograph and first in phobia. . .
