That honor will be accorded to her when she is beatified, or declared "blessed" generally after a post mortal miracle is attributed to her intercession. When she is beatified she can be "officially" venerated among certain groups and in certain geographical areas. Considering that she went to her reward on 29th November, her heavenly birthday, it is probably appropriate to privately remember her on that day.
