In English there are no masculine or feminine forms. English uses gender specific nouns for male or female.

The noun 'doctor' or the title 'Doctor' (and its abbreviation Dr.) is a common gender noun, a word for a male or a female.

The word and title doctor is gender neutral. It is used by both genders.

If you wish to differentiate you can just add the gender in front (ie female doctor).
