∙ 14y agoIslam does not prescribe holidays. Though there are Holy days!
All fridays are considered holy, but you may work or do business as usual after Friday prayers. Similarly on id-ul fitr after Ramadahan fasting and Id ul adha after the Hajj season, you are expected to celebrate but not necessarily make it a holiday.
