Islam does not prescribe holidays. Though there are Holy days!
All fridays are considered holy, but you may work or do business as usual after Friday prayers. Similarly on id-ul fitr after Ramadahan fasting and Id ul adha after the Hajj season, you are expected to celebrate but not necessarily make it a holiday.

They have their own festivals which don't seem much to be interrelated such as the different Eids in Islam, Easter and Christmas in Christianity and Shabbat in Judaism. Even to an extent the Islamic new year and the Christian new year also varies.
