I would say that if you know you are pregnant please avoid all alcohol consumption and temptations of alcohol consumption to prevent Fetal Alcohol Syndrome which can result in low birth weight, premature birth, small head circumference, organ dysfunction, physical malformations, etc. But with just one sip of Smirnoff, if that is all you honestly drank then you should be fine.
