On a standard Bb trumpet, the fingering for a bottom-line Eb is 12 and the fingering for all higher Ebs is 2.
High D is 1st valve.
d sharp right above middle C is the same as Eb -- 2/3; the D sharp above that is 2.
It depends on which D. The D on the bottom space, the only fingering is 1-3. D on the 2nd line down from the top, the fingerings are 1 or 1-3. D above that, there are a couple of alternates, but I can't recall them right off hand.

The usual fingering for an "F" on the trumpet is first valve. The first valve is used to perform any notes from the B-flat harmonic series: all B-flats, all F's, and any D's from the fourth line on up.
