When you say top D, I'm not sure if you mean the D right above the "tuning note" C or the one above that. For the one directly above the tuning note C, the fingering is the 1st valve. For the D an octave above that, the fingering I use to make it easiest to play and most in tune is either just the 1st valve or often completely open, without any valves pressed down. It depends on which D. The D on the bottom space, the only fingering is 1-3. D on the 2nd line down from the top, the fingerings are 1 or 1-3. D above that, there are a couple of alternates, but I can't recall them right off hand.
High D is 1st valve.

On a standard Bb trumpet, the fingering for a bottom-line Eb is 12 and the fingering for all higher Ebs is 2.
On a standard Bb trumpet, the fingering for A# is 1.
On a standard Bb trumpet, the fingering for C is open.
On a standard Bb trumpet, the fingering for A is 1st and 2nd valve.
On a standard Bb trumpet, the fingering for Ab is 23.
On a standard Bb trumpet, the fingering for F is 1.
On a standard Bb trumpet the fingering for a high G is open. An alternate fingering is 13.
On a standard Bb trumpet, the fingering for low G is 13 and the fingering for higher Gs is open.
1 and 2 for the one on the bottom of the staff open for the one on top
