The lowest note is the G below middle C.
The highest note is a trickier question to answer, as it depends partly on the skill level of the violinist. Those who have not yet learnt to shift (move the hand up the fingerboard so higher notes may be played) are limited to four notes above the E of the violin's highest string, this being as far as a violinist's fingers go before they shift.
However, if you can shift, you can go much higher. I tried to find out how high I could go the other day and ended up just a few notes below the top note of a standard piano. It didn't sound very nice though......
For practical playing, the limit is probably about two octaves above the violin's highest string.
Lowest note on standard 88 key tuned to A440 standard is D0 = 27.5 HZ. Highest note is C8 = 4186 HZ. Note: Middle C is C4.
lowest note on piano: A0 27.5 (frequency in Hz (double pedal A) highest note on piano: C8 4186.01 (frequency in Hz) (eighth octave)
Lowest note for an Electric Guitar is E, highest note 22nd fret of top E string bent upwards its possible to hit F

The lowest note is C , and the highest depends if your in first position , if you are then it's a D.
i don't know.....well what do you think
lowest is C
The Viola can play higher. Pitches of String Instruments from highest to lowest are: Violin Viola Cello Double Bass
The classical string instruments: violin, viola, cello and bass normally have 4 strings. Violin: E(highest), A, D, G(lowest); Viola: A(highest), D, G, C(lowest); Cello: A(highest), D, G, C(lowest) but all 4 are an octave below the viola. Bass: G(highest), D, A, E. The high G string on the bass is the same note as the G string (2nd to lowest string) on the cello. Some double basses are configured with 5 strings, either with a B below the low E, or a C above the high G. An electric bass (sometimes called bass guitar) has the same 4 notes as the string bass. A guitar has 6 strings and some have 12 strings (I don't remember the notes for these). I think a banjo has 5 strings.
The bass has the lowest pitch of these instruments, followed by the 'cello and then the viola.
The bass clef.
Treble, alto, bass
double base
Orchestral string instruments in order of pitch (from highest to lowest) are as follows: Violin Viola Cello Double Bass So the Violin produces higher pitched notes than the Double Bass.
The Viola can play higher. Pitches of String Instruments from highest to lowest are: Violin Viola Cello Double Bass

The letter names of the strings on a Double Bass, from lowest to highest, are: E A D G The Bass is tuned in fourths, rather than fifths like the other main string instruments.
The members of the string family, from the highest to the lowest, are the violin, the viola, cello and bass. Without the strings you would no longer have an orchestra, you would have a band, The string family, as a unit, can play the very highest notes and the very lowest.
The lowest notes in the string section come from the double bass.
The bass has the lowest pitch of these instruments, followed by the 'cello and then the viola.
The bass clef.
Treble, alto, bass
The order of bowed string instruments from highest to lowest range is: Violin Viola Cello Double Bass
