I have a 2004 foreman ES.
Front rims are 12 x 6 and the rear 12 x 7.5
Hope this helps.
Let me know what you paid for them as Im chasing a new set to replace mine as there pretty rusty due to salt water.

However taking all aspects of quading(atving) the can am outlander is far quicker, more enjoyable and just as usefull. The Can am Renegade is just a 4x4 racing quad pretty well, sporty version of the outlander and virtually useless as a utility quad.
