It is oil injected and changes with throttle position and rpm.

Behind and below the fuel tank.
You may have a dirty fuel filter.
On top of the engine. You have to remove the fuel tank to gain access. Not a lot of fun.
On top of the cylinder head directly under the fuel tank.
it is under the gas tank if you remove the air box lid you should be able to get to it
under the front rack mouthed to the frame its silver there is also a strainer in the tank
Turn all the way in then about 1/4 turn out. This should get you close may have to twik alittle.
on top up engine. below fuel tank. usually has red rubber cover.
the fuel or oil pump is not working
32:1 is always a safe number on ANY two stroke.
Usually the float valve in the carb is bad . The valve will not stop the fuel and it runs down the cylinder into the crankcase .
