Good news, Toyota was thoughtful when they installed an access pannel under the back seat. Remove the back seat, unscrew access pannel (6 to 8 Phillips head screws) WALA!! JIm
if its for your aftermarket radio it shold be in the back of the radio also check your fuse pannel

In the trunk under the carpet is an acess pannel with about ten plastic 10MM nuts. After removing the nuts remove the pannel, under the pannel is the top of the sending unit. Remove the three lines. One is the pressure. One is the return line and the other is the vapor line. After removing the three lines disconnect the electrical connector remove the snap ring and lift the sending unit out of the tank. reverse precedure for reinstalling
You need to take off the back dash, and to do that you need to take off the rear piller trim, once the trim is off the back pannel has 3 plastic tabs holding it down just pop them up and pull the pannel strate out. unscrew the speaker, unhook the wires and just do the same to put back in.
