You'll need to first remove the door panel, then unplug the connector from the back of the switch panel. If you want to replace the panel, you simply push the entire panel towards the top of the door and it will pop out of the snap retainers. If you have power side view mirrors, you may want to unplug that connector as well as the speaker connector for ease of handling.
