It's called the 'reduce down' button - or 'minimise' button. It's shown as a small button with a horizontal line on it.
You can always minimise a window down to the task-bar and bring it back to full-screen when you need it. The minimise button is the one with the horizontal line to the top-right of the pane. The maximise button is right next to that.

Press and hold the "reset" button for several seconds. Press "st/stp" button to advance blinking function. To change to next function press "mode" button. Then press "st/stp" button to advance blinking function. Again, press "mode" button for next function. When satisfied, click "reset" button.
