A central heating boiler is like a cell because it transfers a lot of energy around a model circuit just like a cell does in a real circuit
I would have to say it is the mitochondria. The mitochondria produces energy for the cell by using sugar molecules as its "fuel" along with oxygen in a series of bio-chemical reactions. (I think it is part of the ATP cycle of a cell, but I'm not a 100% sure of that.) Anyway this is similar to a home furnace in that your furnace uses a fuel, such as natural gas, along with oxygen in a combustion reaction that liberates heat energy that is used to heat your home.
the cell is like a furnace because the 64% of energy from each glucose molecule that is not used in cellular respiration is released as heat
This is a power plant of a cell. A place in the cell which produces the energy for the cell.
Anything that makes energy. Mitochondria makes energy for the cell. You could use a nuclear powered plant.
The mitochondria makes up muscle tissue. Mitochondria is the "energy" of the cell.
Mitochondrion are sites of cellular respiration in a cell, which produces energy in the form of ATP.
mitochondria
The Mitochondria produces energy for the cell and a furnace produces heat energy for your house.
the cell is like a furnace because the 64% of energy from each glucose molecule that is not used in cellular respiration is released as heat
It makes energy for a cell.

Mesophyll Plant cell traps sun energy for plant.
it makes energy
makes and stores energy as ATP. Is the "powerplant" of a cell
The ATP makes energy for a cell usually in active transport.
Chloroplasts

makes energy for the cell to use
