There are basically two main fuse blocks for the '95 Camry. One under the dash on the left of the steering wheel and one in the engine compartment near the battery and driver's side fender. Normally there is a diagram on the cover of the the lid. If not, maybe you can figure the layout out from the confusing related link below.
