There are several proposed aircraft of Airbus
* One is the A350 designed to compete with the Boeing 777 and the new 787. It is scheduled to enter into service in 2013. * Another aircraft is the A400M which is a four turboprop plane for military use. It will replace the Lockheed Martin C-130 Hercules and the Transall C-160. * Also, there will be an Airbus NSR (New Short Range) that will replace the A320. That's about it.
Because the person who created it wanted to name it Airbus pretty much.
As of my last update, there is no aircraft model known as the Airbus A390. Airbus currently manufactures the A220, A320, A330, A350, and A380 models. It is possible that Airbus may introduce a new model in the future, but as of now, the A390 does not exist in their lineup.
Depends which one you are talking about There are many different types. There is no such aircraft just called "Airbus"
One can find information about the Airbus A350 XWB on websites such as Wikipedia, or directly on Airbus' official website. There is also a dedicated website called A350XWB.
They are called "yokes" or in airbus aircraft "joysticks".
Mater of opinion which will obviously vary from person to person, I like both the Boeing 747 and the Airbus A380 but both manufactures are very good at developing future aircraft technology
In an Airbus A320-A370 it is called a cargo copartment but in the A380 it is called a cargo deck. Cargo compartment usually refers to the lower belly compartments. IF the aircraft is a Freighter, then the main deck is usually referred to as the Main Cargo Deck. Not sure if that applies to Airbus.
They are exactly the same airplane. 388 is short for 380-800, the only version in service as of early 2013. Airbus has proposed a stretched version called 380-900, or 389.
