Try drying off the spark plug and spark plug wire area with a hair dryer. The engine may be flooded now so remove the spark plug and let the spark plug and cylinder dry out also.
If you are asking about your Cub Cadet lawnmower, there may be some problem with the spark plugs. Perhaps they are defective or need to be replaced. I enclose a link to the company's how-to page, regarding how to change spark plugs. If this does not help, contact the dealer where you bought the machine.
Rust on the fly wheel and or coil.
Front middle of engine. Easier to do by removing the cover held by four bolts on top of engine. There is a opening in front but to small to work with.
