I've had 3 of these cars. Each was a non-turbo, 5 speed manual tranny, non-2+2 coupe. Gas mileage has been 19-23 mpg. The one I just bought is only getting 17.5 mpg on the highway, so I'm bumming and that's how I ended up here.
--joshnsara-- Well i have a 84 and a 86 Nissan 300z as well.with the 84 aveg. your looking at about 19-23 or 24 but depends on how you drive, if your shooting off on launch's and rev'ing each gear like 4-5000 rpm's and braking hard then ya, your looking at about that range .But I drive at 60mph and shifting at about 2000 rpm's and i get 22-29 in my 1984 300z and 25-31 in my 1986 300z and both are non-turbo, five speed, and a two seater not the 2+2
aproximatly 15 to 20mpg, a little less then the n/a engine.
17 city and 20highway
The Nissan 300zx has a gas tank that holds about 19 gallons. The 300zx gets 19 MPG in the city and 24 on the highway.
