The Tropics of Cancer and Capricorn mark the northern and southern boundaries, respectively,
of the region within which lie all the points on Earth where it is ever possible for the sun to be

Longitude and latitude.
There are two main lines: Equator (north and south) and Prime Meridian (east and west). There are five lines of latitude: Equator, Tropic of Cancer, Tropic of Capricorn, Arctic Circle and Antarctic Circle.
The Tropic of Cancer and the Tropic of Capricorn.
The two tropics are the Tropic of Cancer, and the Tropic of Capricorn. These mark the northern-most and southern-most latitudes where the sun is directly overhead.

Tropic of Capricorn and Antarctic Circle
There is no intersection. These two imaginary lines are parallel. Every point on the Tropic of Cancer is 23.5 degrees from the equator, no more and no less. The lines don't meet.
