You bet they do! Black holes can have only three properties:

  1. mass - this creates the gravitational pull and is a property of every black hole
  2. spin - this will likely be a property of any stellar black hole as all stars spin
  3. charge - this will be a rare property as it will attract opposite charge and soon be canceled

What does it mean when light could not escape?

In the case of a black hole, the gravitational pull of the black hole is greater than the speed of light. Which means that the light is not fast enough to escape the gravitational pull of the black hole.

Does black hole sucks human?

A black hole sucks anything and everything that is in its gravitational pull.

Can a black hole have a strong gravitational pull without gravity?

What do you mean? "Gravitational pull" and "gravity" is the same thing.

When does a black hole suck things?

As soon as It's born. The gravitational force of the Black Hole will pull matter into it.

What exerts such a gravitational pull that no electromagnetic radiation can escape?

A black hole.

What if a black hole of 5 M passed by Earth at the distance of Neptune from the sun?

In that case, the black hole's gravitational pull on Earth will be less than the Sun's gravitational pull - you can do the calculations. However, such a black hole might very well disrupt the orbit of some of the planets.

What is a star in which light cannot escape because of the immense gravitational pull at its surface called?

It is a black hole - which is not a star.

What are objects from which light can not escape because of a gravitational pull at its surface?

A black hole. However, it does not have a surface but an event horizon.

How do people get sucked into a black hole?

No human has ever come near a black hole. If one did, the intense gravitational pull of the black hole would pull them in and tear them to atoms, long before they reached the event horizon.

How strong is the black holes gravitational pull?

The strength of a black hole's gravity depends on the black hole's mass and how far your reference point is from the center of mass.

Can you see a video of the black hole in space?

Dude it is black for a reason. You can not see the black hole itself, but you can see the black hole distorting light, eating stars, or it's gravitational pull.

What are the effects of black hole on other planets?

As the planet is approaching a black hole due to the immense gravitational pull on the objects surrounding it, the planet revolves around the black hole until it falls into the black hole.
