For example, whoever speaks a word against the Son of man, it will be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the holy spirit, it will not be forgiven him, no, not in this system of things nor in that to come."
Since the holy spirit is what God uses to accomplish his purposes, sinning against that would be knowingly and willfully pitting yourself against the purposes of God. The Devil and his demons are among those who have sinned against the holy spirit because they deliberately pitted themselves against God. As far as which humans have done this, we cannot say for certain because that is up to God.
