My 1999 Multivan is plated at 2600kg (2.6 tonnes). I believe standard panel van T4 is plated at 2515kg (2.515 tonnes/ 2.47 tons). In any case, they're all over the 2.5 tonnes restriction for "larger vans" & "motor caravans" for the new Low Emission Zone (LEZ) rules from January, though you can get them downrated to 2.45t & re-plated, then apply to VOSA for new log book for around £120 + the cost of a VOSA weighbridge cert (£12-30) then registeredwith tfl for the new lowered & exempt weight. Cheaper than going into the zone & paying the £100 charge on 2 days !
The Volkswagen T4 transporter was available in two variants. The SWB was smaller and offered less volume of space with a gross weight of approximately 4500 pounds.

I have a lowTSH,0.06 and within the normal range readings of T3,T4 I am being treated for Hypothyroidism, have weight gain problems, dry skin etc. Should my current dose of 150 be increased to 200?
The old Total T4 test (TT4) is no longer considered the best way to test for T4 levels. T4 and T3 can both be bound by other proteins and hormones in the body. When this happens, the T4 or T3 is not usable by the body. The body can only use T4 and T3 that is not bound, or free. For this reason, Free T4, which only tests the free levels of the hormone, is now preferred over Total T4 testing as more accurate.
T4's "full name" is "Enterobacteria phage T4"!

Some patients report weight gain with subclinical hypothyroidism. Although the T4 is normal in subclinical hypothyroidism by definition, some patients report symptoms with only the elevated TSH.
