The Holy Bible is inspired directly from God and it helps all people to know how God wants us to live our lives. The scripture of the Islamic religion is the Koran and the Haddith.

Mohammed claimed in the haddith that he was possessed some of the time by God and other times possessed by the devil. He must have been possessed by the devil when he told people to kill others in the later part of the koran.It is the only explanation because it is wrong to kill people.

Also, many Jews and Muslims recognize the historical Jesus as a 'Prophet' from God. Jews do not recognize Him as the Messiah (still to come) and Muslims see Mohammed as the last and greater Prophet.
