which one? The head bolts? Engine to transaxle? And, are you really asking what the tightening sequence and/or torque rating is?

Go to Autozone or a NAPA parts store and buy a Haynes Manual for the vehicle. It will tell you all of the torque specs you need and the tightening pattern.
If you mean tightening the lug nuts, there is no set pattern. Choose one nut to snug down and continue in a star pattern until all the nuts are seated. Then go around a second time to torque them to spec. I've done this since I got my license decades ago and never lost a wheel.
Use new bolts. Apply a light coating of engine oil to the threads of the new cylinder head bolts. Install the new cylinder head bolts to the cylinder head. Tighten the cylinder head bolts to 40-60 Nm (30-44 lb-ft). The sequence is to start at the middle bolt on the intake side of the head, then move to the exaust side, then move out to the ends of the head in a criss-cross pattern. Loosen all cylinder head bolts approximately two turns, then retighten the cylinder head bolts to 60 Nm (44 lb-ft). After tightening, turn all bolts 90 degrees, in the same sequence. Complete bolt tightening by turning them an additional 90 degrees, in the same sequence.
Mike each manufacture has a specific pattern for tightening the head bolts. I suggest you purchase a repair manual at most auto parts stores to find the correct pattern and torque.
I have a 1987 Pontiac Fiero GT and the shift pattern is: 1 3 5 2 4 R

Tighten in a criss cross pattern to 70 lb/ft of torque. Work slowly tightening a small amount at a time until you reach 70 pounds.
The cylinder head bolt torque specs for a Mitsubishi 2.0 or 2.6 is 65 to 72 ft. lbs. cold. Torque sequence is as follows.
