Richard Muller, a a Physics Professor and longtime sceptic of climate studies has checked the data and confirmed that climate scientists have indeed made appropriate adjustments for the heat island effect. In his written testimony to Congress, Muller says that his team studied this issue and the preliminary conclusion supports the findings of climate scientists.
.
Causes of the "heat island effect" include dark surfaces--that absorb more heat from the sun--and less vegetation that would provide shade and cool the air.
The urban heat island effect occurs when constructions in the built environment raise local temperatures above what they otherwise would be. When a temperature gauge that was formerly in a rural setting becomes surrounded by new suburbs it can provide a false long term upward trend that has nothing to do with global warming. This problem has since been recognized and an appropriate allowance must be made in each such case.

A heat island effect is usually found in the form of urban conurbations. Human activities, particularly the replacement of natural terrain by materials such as concrete and asphalt change the thermal absorption of the "island". It is, therefore, much warmer than its immediate surroundings.
The Greenhouse Effect.
greenhouse effect
Global warming in the atmosphere is the heat caused by the greenhouse effect. Carbon dioxide, methane and other greenhouse gases produced by industrial factories are the main causes of greenhouse effects.
The Urban Heat Island effect is one major impact in the urban area. The Urban Heat Island effect is when the temperature in a city rapidly increases. One solution to this problem is planting more trees for shade. Another solution is installing rooftops that reflect rather than retain heat.
the greenhouse effect causes the earthe's atmosphere to hold in more heat radiation than it should. It is caused by enviromental harmful chemicals entering the atnosphere , like carbon dioxide. This ,in turn causes the global temperature to increase global warming
The effect of heat on beetroot is that the membrane becomes impacted. It causes the membrane to be more permeable.
The Greenhouse effect...
The urban heat island effect is a warming effect. Unban means 'city'. Buildings and roads retain more heat and warm the air around them, so cities are warmer then the countryside.

The Greenhouse Effect.
The most common effect of heat on fats is that it causes them to break down. They will become liquid but cannot be converted into gas even on excessive heat.

The warmth heats up the icebergs in the sea. this causes sea levels to rise....
when a liquid evaporates,it gives its latent heat of vaporisation.if no heat is supplied from outside this results in cooling.
The greenhouse effect causes the extreme temperatures. The greenhouse gas is mainly carbon dioxide and gaseous sulphuric acid.
