The heater hose for a 2004 F-150 Heritage is 21 inches long. End number one has an inner diameter of 0.78 inches and an outer diameter of 1-inch. End number two has an inner diameter of 0.75 inches and an outer diameter of 0.78 inches.
The heater hose on a 1997 Ford Escort has got both the length and radius. The length is 417 millimeters while the radius is 50 millimeters.
Simply disconnect the heater hoses going to and from the heater, (Inlet & Outlet) at the firewall. Purchase the proper size hose coupling that will allow you to connect the 2 hoses together. Do not plug these hoses, just connect them together. The coolant will now not flow through the heater core.
That is 2" FUEL hose. You can get the correct size for that vehicle at any Ford Dealer or AutoZone. Don't guess,,get the correct fitting one.
Should be 5/8 and 3/4.
yes i had to use heater hose for PVC it hard to find the right size but it can be down i had to do it for my 06 chev cobalt
There are two heater core hose that goes to the firewall the inlet and outlet. through that hose, you will also have the rear heater core hose attached to a T joint in both the inlet and outlet hose. You splice the hose of the front heater core inlet and connect that to the rear heater core inlet hose. Same goes to the Outlet hose with the T joint using a conncetor which you can buy at your auto parts store, 3/4 inch size. Basically you are bypassing the front heater core that is connected to the firewall. You wont have any defroster and heater for the front, but the rear vents and control will have heat.
