"The Hero's Journey" is a literary term which describes a character who typically begins the story as an "everyday" or "normal" person but through various trials, tribulations and adventures he becomes a greater individual. The variety of the hero can range from the very simple (ie. Billy Madison) to the supernatural (ie. Neo in The Matrix). In Star Wars there actually exists a few "Hero's Journeys".
Within the original trilogies (Star Wars, Empire Strikes Back & Return of the Jedi), Luke Skywalker is a classic example of "the Hero's Journey". He is an normal teenager, living with his Aunt and Uncle, and dreams of leaving his home in search of more excitement than his tasks as a moisture farmer on Tatoonine provide. Suddenly, after the purchase of R2D2 & C3PO and subsequently Obi Wan Kenobi, he finds himself facing tremendous adversity and through it all he becomes a greater individual...a hero. Han Solo also fits the "Hero's Journey" as he evolves from a selfish scoundrel to a Naval General who finds his true love in Leia Organa.
Within the entire Star Wars saga (all six episodes) Anakin Skywalker also is a classic example of "the Hero's Journey".
Well Luke Skywalker is the main hero in the film since he was the one who found the droids, rescued Leia, and destroyed the Death Star. Although his friend Han Solo and the Jedi Obi-Wan Kenobi helped him, he's the one who had the most glory. And it was all a journey for him.
He destroyed the Death Star
Sergeant Kano has only appeared once and that is in the video game "Star Wars: The Clone Wars: Republic Heroes" and not much is known about him.
Well it plays two people, but it's not Halo splitscreen, it's Lego Indiana Jones splitscreen
