Depends a bit on if you mean in regular production or custom builds. Highest volt in big regular production is 24 volts, although there are some 48 volt batteries intended for forklifts and machinery like that.
The industry has been wanting to go higher voltages, but with higher voltages comes higher dangers, and eventually designers have to follow other rules in how to build and how to handle the equipment which can be a compessing reason to stay at 48 volts or below.
Battery powered race cars can run into hundreds of volts.
