The center of any accumulated mass provide for an induced focus of gravitational attraction. That being said, depending on one's perspective for black hole formation, the highly active center of a young galaxy may an existing black holes or the conditions evolving toward the creation of black holes. Therefore it is conceivingly possible that stellar evolution would precede the development of a black hole within the highly active center of a young galaxy. See protogalaxy for more information.
The highly active center of a young galaxy is often referred to as an active galactic nucleus (AGN). This region contains a supermassive black hole that is actively accreting matter from its surroundings. As the matter falls into the black hole, it releases tremendous amounts of energy in the form of radiation, creating a luminous and energetic central region.
Let me clarify one thing... Basically, ALL galaxies, or almost all of them, have a giant black hole at their center. (If any galaxy does NOT have such a supermasive black hole, then it is likely that it had one in the past, and that it was ejected out of the galaxy.)

Hydrogen (and a little Helium).
The Sun completes an equatorial rotation about once every 25 days. However, the poles spin more slowly, taking more than 34 days to rotate. The disk of the Galaxy is a flattened, rotating system which contains the Sun and other intermediate-to-young stars. The sun sits about 2/3 of the way from the center to the edge of the disk (about 25,000l.y. by the most modern estimates). The sun revolves around the center of the galaxy roughly once every 250 million years.

That probably refers to a quasar. Quasars are related to gigantic black holes.
It's not "galaxy stars", but galaxies, that have the black holes at their center. All, or most, galaxies have a giant black hole at their center.

Yes, there are young stars in the Milky Way Galaxy.

That is unrelated to age. An irregular galaxy is one that has been distored by the gravity of nearby galaxies.
