seriously, i assume you mean a 300 ci that came in f150 and bronco for years. I've heard figures that range between 120-145 horsepower, I'm assuming that the early (1960's) 300 engine only had about 110 horse. these engines were not made for horsepower, but rather for torque. and they were near indestructable.
