In a 1998 Ford Taurus , with the 3.0 " Duratec " V6 engine : ( 200 horsepower )
The 2.5 liter 4 cylinder engine in a 1998 Ford Ranger has 117 horsepower at 4500 RPM

I did a Google search of the 1997 Ford F-250 and a couple of websites show ( 245 horsepower ) for the 7.5 liter / 460 cubic inch gasoline engine but they don't show what the torque is
should be on top of the engine. it doesent look like a normal fuel filter.
