That depends on a lot of things such as age, build (how big your bones are) and medical conditions. If type in 'BMI calculator' in a search engine, pick a site and type in all that information you should get an average =) i hope that helps!

A BMI score of 18.5 to 24.9 indicates you have a healthy body fat ratio. If you are 6'2'' and you are about 180 lbs., then your BMI would be about 23. Remember that muscular build does not apply to the BMI calculator, even though they claim it does.

For a 6'2" person the ideal or healthy weight according to the BMI scale, can range from 71-87kg / 157-192 pounds / BMI 20.2 - 24.7, but somewhere in the middle of that - BMI 22 / 78kg / 171 pounds - is generally the healthiest (unless peak performing athlete or other factors to consider like illness).

*NB* Having a proper body composition test done by a qualified nutrition professional, using a bio-impedance analysis machine (BIA) would however give you a much more accurate idea as to your body's make-up (fat, muscle, water) than just the number on the scale.
