The 1992 model, 28hp Johnson outboard performs well on a 50:1 ratio, one pint of 2 cycle oil, to six gallons of fuel.
Well a Ninja 250cc makes about 28hp which is pretty impressive. I would guess between 10 and 20hp for that 208cc engine unless it is a two stroke which would make it more like 20 to 30hp. Added - I have a 208cc engine on a portable generator, its rating is 7HP. It depends on the use of the engine, you can get a lot more power from a marine engine than an air cooled engine.
The 1988 model, 28hp Johnson outboard, requires a 50:1 fuel to oil ratio. This is roughly, one pint of 2 cycle oil, to six gallons of fuel. If you have the same motor I have which is a 1988 Johnson 28 hp 2 stroke then the mixture is 100:1. The answer provided above is wrong. This is 8 ounces of 2 stroke oil to 6 gallons of gas. I have had this motor since it was new and it still runs great today.
