The innovations of computers on the day to day worker is that computer technology and artificial technology is advancing in our day to day life's which means the more the robot/computers advance the less work the human population has to do but their I very little proof of robots ever fully being able to take over the world as humans are always needed to update the robots and software or to code and change parts and its not currently possible for a robot to code another of its self that will learn more than the other so if a large amount of robots were made the hardware would never gain anything more as robots can not advance technology they would only be able to duplicate it (them selves).
A JIT worker needs the ability to use a computer.
The answer will depend on in which city and country and in which sector. Furthermore, it will depend on whether the ratio is in the context of a worker not using a computer or a non-worker (eg student) using a computer. Also, for how much time must a worker use a computer before (s)he is classed as using a computer for work?
