1. If you mix the fuel with too much oil you will foul the plug.
2. If you put too little oil in the odds are good you will seize the motor.
Your bike is a 2 stroke. since you are mixing gas and oil together oil naturally blows out your tail pipe. if this is happening, then there is nothing wrong with your bike, unless it is a 4 stroke.

Bad compression is usually worn out piston rings, no compression is usually bad valves - assuming it's a 4-stroke.

It basically depends on how serious the stroke is and the person it is happening to. Generally speaking yes they know something is going wrong but there is a great deal of confusion and a lack of motor control. It is very upsetting and distressing. The inability to be able to do anything is perhaps the most frightening.
